CASTROL SPHEEROL LMM
Castrol Spheerol™ LMM is a multi-purpose lithium grease containing molybdenum disulphide solid lubricant to enhance its load carrying properties under conditions of high or shock loading or to prevent scuffing or fretting. It contains oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, anti-wear additives, has good mechanical stability and can be used in the presence of moisture. Molybdenum disulphide level of 3% is typical for this product.
Application
Spheerol™ LMM grease is suitable for most types of bearing and a wide range of other industrial applications, which require a molybdenum disulphide grease, including grease lubricated gears. Spheerol™ LMM may be used in plain and rolling element bearings, including heavily loaded bearings at low and medium speeds, and those subject to shock loading and excessive vibrations. The incorporation of solid lubricant in Spheerol LMM greases makes this grease particularly suited for the lubrication of reciprocating and sliding motion elements, where the prevention of scuffing and fretting is desirable. Typical applications include pivot pins, cams, screws, splined shafts, slides, flexible joints (ball, universal, CV joints etc). It is also useful for the lubrication of chains, swivels and shackles to prevent scuffing.

CASTROL LM GREASE 2
Castrol LM Grease 2 is a Multi-purpose, Lithium base grease. Lithium base greases start with specially selected mineral oils of outstanding oxidation and corrosion properties. They are manufactured to close control drop points, penetration numbers, alkalinity and ash content to offer high stability, long life, good water-proofing and excellent resistance to changes in consistency. Castrol LM Grease 2 is characterized by a smooth texture, low starting torque, high melting point and can work sucessfully at operating temperatured of 120°C and good pumpability at -30°C. Ithas a great affinity to metal surfaces which gives add protection, lubrication and resistance to high centrifugal forces.
Application
Castrol LM Grease 2 is a premium quality grease primarily designed for wheel bearing lubrication. It is an outstanding chassis lubricant and is suitable for automotive applications.

Castrol Aircol™ SN 100 compressor lubricant is high quality synthetic diester.
Application
Castrol Aircol SN 100 is a compressor lubricant developed to cope with the severe operating conditions experienced in rotary screw, rotary vane and reciprocating air compressors operating at high compression ratios and high discharge temperatures. Under these conditions Aircol SN 100 offers much reduced carbon forming tendencies and extended oil life when compared to mineral oils due to the much higher oxidation resistance. In reciprocating units, Aircol SN 100 has up to eight times the service life of mineral oils.

Castrol Optileb™ GR UF Range (Previously called Obeen™ UF ) – are light, natural-colored special greases. They are physiologically safe and contain only components which are NSF H1 registered and comply with the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Section 178.3570 and 178.3620 by the Food and Drug Administration (USA) as lubricants where incidental food contact may occur.The range of products under Optileb GR range are Kosher and Halal approved.Application Optileb GR UF is especially suited for the use in the food and beverage industries as well as in the pharmaceutical industry where there may be exposure of the lubricated part to the edible product or its packaging.

Castrol Calibration oil 4113
Castrol Calibration Oil 4113 is a low viscosity mineral oil based test fluid.
Application
Calibration Oil 4113 is a calibration and storage oil for diesel fuel injectors, conforming fully with ISO 4113 and Lucas CAV 7-10-106 (now obsolete) specifications. The rust preventative properties of this oil are such that, without cleaning of the equipment after calibration, proper functioning of the equipment is ensured after one years storage in normal conditions. Whilst Calibration Oil 4113 contains no harmful additives it is a light mineral oil and will have a de-fatting effect upon unprotected skin. Use of a barrier cream or otherprotection is recommended when in contact with this product.
